Great Bridge Lacrosse Club

                                            The Great Bridge Lacrosse Club was established in 2007 with players from Great Bridge,  the Hickory school district and the district that would later become Grassfield.  Hickory and Grassfield now have teams indicating the growth of this great sport.  We are proud to have been the first established high school lacrosse team in Chesapeake.

We welcome boys and girls that are interested in playing and promoting lacrosse at Great Bridge High School.  Lacrosse has been billed as the "fastest growing sport on two feet".  Come join the action.

2010 team captains were voted on by the players this past week, the team captains will be:  Mason Bailey, Robbie Foster and Luke Black.

WE WON OUR FIRST GAME OF THE SEASON, WE BEAT FIRST COLONIAL  12 - 6...  Congratulations Coach Phipps and the Wildcats Lacrosse team.

The photo below was from the Bishop Sullivan game.  We lost but it was a good experience for the players who showed up.  We were short players, and the players that were there were probably still tired from last night.  Good luck this week.
